Britta Lenz: She is one of the two German project coordinators
within the WBC. She is working with the German Jusos, the Israeli Young
Meretz and Young Labor and the Palestinian Fateh Youth Organisation.
Britta graduated in history of Eastern Europe. She is also a qualified
civil peace servant focusing on conflict transformation. Her main interest
is to develop a culture of critical political thinking among young
people.

Raana Gräsle: She is working with youth movements, especially
the IYU, the NOV, HaShomer HaTzair, Ajyal, and the the PRCS. Before
joining the team in Jerusalem she worked as educational officer in an
educational centre in Germany, being responsible for international
non-formal political education with activists from youth organizations.
Raana believes that people can make a change, and that education is a main
instrument for changing current society.

Cheb M. Kammerer: He is the Center's art director and event
coordinator. Cheb organizes the Red Lounge, film screenings and
exhibitions. He is an artist, primarily working with video and
experimental film. Currently he is developing and implementing local
social art- and media projects, focusing on community building and civil
society strengthening.

Suzana Malesevic is the Center's accountant. She is also qualified as Civil Peace Servant focusing on conflict transformation. Suzanna is developing and implementing neighborhood projects with women and youth in Silwan, a conflict-riddled neighboorhood in East-Jerualem.
Liad Levy-Mousan: He attends to the contacts to Mischmeret Tse’irah shel Ha'Avoda (Young Labour). Liad is responsible for the political project and event management. Liad is studying Political Science and Philosophy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Nimala Kharoufeh: She stays in contact withShabeebet Fateh (Young Fateh). She is responsible for the political project and event management. Nimala graduated in social work and psychology at the Bethlehem University. Her primary interest is to strengthen the role of women in politics.
Ahmad Karaeen: He is also responsible for the contacts to Shabeebet Fateh (Young Fateh) and for the political project and event management. He graduated in information technology. His primary interest is to strengthen the political participation of young Palestinians.
Ido Porat: He attends to the contacts to Young Meretz-Yahad. Ido is responsible for the political project and event management. His primary interest is to develop a network of Israeli left wing and social-democratic politicians and activists and international cooperation under the umbrella of IUSY. He is the coordinator of Young Meretz-Yahad in Jerusalem.
Margaret Kirreh: She is responsible for the center management. Margaret is a trained pedagogic. Her primary interest is offering youth new perspectives and to empower women to stand up for their rights.
Michael Reinhardt: He fulfils his alternative civilian service
in the Center. Michael supports the team in all issues, is responsible for
the homepage and is also keeping in touch with the German Jusos.
