Synopsis
Paths of lives crossed in one village in the west bank. Along the broken
water pipelines, villagers march on their courses towards an indefinite
future.
Israel that controls the water resources, only a small amount of water, only to drink, and when the water streams are not certain nothing can evolve. The control over the water pressure not only dominates every aspect of life but as well dominates the spirit.
Filmmakers’ Biography:
Guy Davidi is an Israeli documentary film maker and a cinema teacher. He
Filmed several documentaries as a camera man, among them "Les
Souvenantes", “Hamza”, “L’orangerie”, “Turtle Time” and
additional camera in “Enraged” he as well directed short films such as:
“women defying barriers”, “Gift from heaven”.
Alexandre Goetschmann is a Swiss PhD student in Ancient Mythology and Philology of the Middle East in the University of Tel Aviv, works for three years as a documentary cameraman and writer in the Middle East. In 2006, they directed their first documentary: “in working progress”.
